My absolute favourite place in Harties is – hands down, Chameleon Village. You have to experience this place and its surrounds to actually believe it! Do yourself a favour and search for it online before you arrive to see what they have to offer… Another favourite of mine, is Jasmyn – our local fruit and vegetable market. Ordinarily, you wouldn’t expect to see a business such as this listed as a local attraction – but this is truly another place you have to actually experience to believe! With seasonal and locally grown fruits, vegetables and edible plants of all sorts available every day of the week, as well as locally made cheeses, yoghurts, a bakery to die for, as well as an entire section dedicated to imported Dutch yummies… you’ll probably land up doing some grocery shopping there on your way home too. And while you’re at Jasmyn – pop in at The Windmill conveniently situated right next door. Waffles… that’s all I’m going to say!
